Refund Policy
Since all our products are customised and made-to-order, we do not offer refunds once an order is placed.
Exceptions
Refunds or replacements are applicable only if:

The product received is incorrect (wrong design or size)
Conditions

Issue must be reported within 48 hours of delivery

Clear photos/videos of the product and packaging are required

Approved refunds will be processed to the original prepaid payment method
