This Shipping Policy outlines how Wear Your Heart, operated by TRESSCA ECOMMERCE OPC PVT LTD, processes, ships, and delivers your orders across India. We are committed to ensuring your purchase reaches you safely, on time, and in perfect condition.
4.1 Shipping Coverage
- We currently ship to all serviceable pin codes within India. We do not offer international shipping at this time.
- In rare cases, certain remote or unserviceable pin codes may not be covered by our logistics partners. If your area is not serviceable, we will notify you and issue a full refund.
4.2 Logistics Partners
We work with a network of trusted courier partners to ensure timely and reliable delivery:

Orders are allocated to the most appropriate courier partner based on your location, serviceability, and delivery speed.
4.3 Shipping Charges
- Free Shipping — We offer free shipping on all orders across India. No minimum order value is required.
- There are no additional handling fees for Cash on Delivery (COD) orders.
- Express or priority delivery options are not currently available.
4.4 Order Processing Time
All orders are processed within 2–3 business days after successful payment confirmation. Business days are Monday to Saturday, excluding public holidays and declared festive blackout periods.
Note: Orders placed on Sundays or public holidays will begin processing on the next business day.

Note: All delivery timelines are calculated from the date of order dispatch, not the date of order placement. Add 2–3 business days for processing time.
4.6 Festive and Peak Season Delays
During high-demand periods — including but not limited to festive seasons (Diwali, Holi, Christmas), Republic Day and Independence Day sales, and special promotional events — order processing and delivery timelines may be extended beyond the standard estimates. We will communicate any significant delays via WhatsApp or email.
4.7 Order Tracking
- Once your order is dispatched, you will receive a shipment notification via WhatsApp and email with your tracking details.
- You can track your order in real time through the tracking portal on our Website at wearyourheartofficial.com.
- Tracking information may take up to 24 hours after dispatch to reflect accurate status.
4.8 Packaging
- All orders are shipped in branded Wear Your Heart packaging, designed to protect your purchase during transit.
- Each package includes a tamper-evident seal. If you receive a package where the seal has been broken or the packaging is visibly damaged, we strongly recommend recording an unboxing video before opening.
- We use sustainable packaging materials as part of our commitment to responsible commerce.
Note: While we use sustainable packaging, we do not make specific eco-certification claims at this time.
4.9 Failed Deliveries and Return to Origin (RTO)
Delivery Attempts
- Our courier partners typically make up to 3 delivery attempts. If the delivery cannot be completed due to the customer being unavailable, an incorrect address, or refusal to accept the package, the order will be returned to our facility (RTO).
Re-Delivery After RTO
- If you wish to have your order re-shipped after an RTO, you will need to contact us at care@wearyourheartofficial.com.
- A re-shipping fee of INR 100 will be charged for re-delivery after RTO. This fee must be paid in advance.
- We will reship your order once the re-shipping fee is received.
RTO Due to Customer Refusal
- If a COD or prepaid order is refused at the door without a valid reason, the order will be returned to us. Any COD amount is not applicable in such cases. We reserve the right to restrict future orders from addresses with repeated refusals.
4.10 Lost or Delayed Shipments
- If your order has not been delivered within 14 days of the expected delivery date, or if the tracking status shows no update for an extended period, please contact us at care@wearyourheartofficial.com.
- We will initiate an investigation with the relevant courier partner within 48 hours of receiving your escalation.
- After an investigation period of 14 days, we will offer you the choice of a replacement shipment or a full refund, at our discretion and based on investigation findings.
- We recommend retaining all packaging and tracking communications until the issue is resolved.
