  • We accept payment via all methods offered at checkout, including online payment through PayU and Cash on Delivery (COD) where available.
  • We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order at our discretion — for example, if an item is out of stock, if there are pricing errors, or if we suspect fraudulent activity.

2.7  Cancellation by Customer

Please refer to the Returns & Refunds Policy (Section 3 of this document) for full cancellation details. In summary:

  • Orders may be cancelled within 6 hours of placement, provided they have not yet been dispatched.
  • No cancellation fee applies.
  • Cancellations after 6 hours, or for orders already dispatched, will not be accepted.

2.8  Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law:

  • The Company's total liability to you for any claim arising from the use of the Website or purchase of products shall not exceed the amount paid by you for the specific order giving rise to the claim.
  • We shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages, including loss of profits, data, or goodwill, arising from your use of the Website or our products.
  • We are not responsible for delays in delivery or damage caused by logistics partners, courier companies, or circumstances beyond our reasonable control (force majeure), including but not limited to natural disasters, strikes, government actions, or pandemics.

  • If an amicable resolution is not achieved within 30 days, the matter shall be referred to binding arbitration under the Arbitration and Conciliation Act, 1996, with the seat of arbitration in Bengaluru, Karnataka.
  • These Terms are also subject to applicable provisions of the Consumer Protection Act, 2019, the Information Technology Act, 2000, and all other applicable Indian laws and regulations.
